Your website isn’t bringing in calls. Let’s find out why.

Most small-business websites look fine and still don’t ring the phone. The call button is hard to find on a phone, the form goes to an old inbox, or a visitor can’t tell what you do in the first few seconds. In a free 30-minute call we look at your site with you and tell you what we would fix first.

Why good-looking websites don’t ring the phone

It is rarely the colors or the photos. When a site gets visitors but no calls, it is usually one of these.

  • The next step is hidden on phones. Most visitors arrive on a phone. If the number isn’t one tap away, they go back to Google.
  • The form goes nowhere useful. Messages land in a former employee’s mailbox, a spam folder, or nowhere at all.
  • Nobody can tell what you do in five seconds. A slogan instead of the service, the area you cover and why to pick you.
  • Every service is on one page. Visitors and Google can’t tell what you really specialize in, so neither sends you the work.
  • It is slow on a phone. Heavy images and plugins make people leave before the page loads.
  • Nothing is tracked. Nobody knows how many calls and form fills the site brings in, so nobody knows what to fix.

Many of the sites we see were built quickly on a template or an AI website builder. That is a fine way to start. It just isn’t built around how your customers decide to call.

A real example

A local specialty contractor came to us after building its own Squarespace site. It looked reasonable on a desktop, but on a phone the estimate request was buried, the service pages were nearly identical, and form submissions were going to a former employee’s mailbox. The owner thought the site needed more traffic. The bigger problem was that the leads it already had never reached anyone.

We sent the form to a shared company mailbox, simplified the quote request on phones, gave each service its own page, and set up tracking that counts a submitted form, not a button click. The owner now has a lead path that works and numbers they can understand.

What we look at on the free call

The phone path

From a Google search to a call: how many taps it takes on a phone, and where people give up.

Your forms

Where a message actually lands, and whether anyone is told when it does.

The first five seconds

Whether a visitor can tell what you do, where you do it and what to do next.

Speed on a phone

What slows the site down, and which fixes are quick.

Showing up on Google

Whether your site and Google Business Profile appear for the searches that bring in work.

Tracking

Whether calls and form fills are counted, so you can see what works.

Then we tell you what we would change first and why, in plain language. Sometimes it is a few fixes to the site you have. Sometimes a rebuild is the better spend.

If it does need a new website

  • Most of our sites launch in 6 to 10 weeks.
  • Designed for phones first, with a call button and a form on every page.
  • Your Google history carries over. We map your old pages to the new ones and set redirects.
  • Yours to keep. You can edit your own pages, and the site stays yours even if you leave us.
  • Calls and form fills tracked from day one.

Questions we hear

Do I need a new website?

Not always. Sometimes the fix is a tappable phone number, a form that reaches the right inbox and tracking. We tell you on the call which it is.

How long does a new website take?

Most of our websites launch in 6 to 10 weeks, depending on the number of pages and how quickly content is ready.

Will we lose our Google rankings?

We map your old pages to the new ones and set redirects, so the search value you have built carries over.

Can we keep editing it ourselves?

Yes. You can edit your own pages, and the site stays yours even if you stop working with us.

Do you only work with Atlanta businesses?

No. We work with businesses across the US by phone, video call and screen share.

What does it cost?

It depends on what the site needs. Small fixes and a full rebuild are very different jobs. We scope it after the free call. For typical ranges, read what a small business website costs.
