Sound familiar?
Most ad accounts leak money in the same ways: broad keywords, no negative keywords, every ad pointing to the homepage, and no record of which clicks became customers. Raising the budget on an account like that just leaks faster. Our Google Ads management starts by stopping the leaks:
Ask four questions. Who owns the account? It should be you; with us, the account and its data are yours. How often does someone work in it? Ours is adjusted every week. What counts as a conversion? It should be a call, form or sale, not a page view. What does the report show? Look for cost per lead and leads that became customers, not just clicks and impressions.
Budgets depend on your market and how much data you need to learn quickly. Our guide to how much Google Ads costs a small business explains how to set one. If you are deciding between paid and organic search, SEO vs PPC compares speed, cost and control. Many businesses use both, and we run SEO too.
Before you hire anyone, ask what they would change first in your current account. If you have been running ads for a while, the answer is usually in the search terms report: the searches you have paid for that were never going to buy. That is where our free 30-minute call often starts.
Most local service businesses start with Google, where people are already searching. Social ads on Facebook and Instagram can work well for stores, events and offers that people don’t search for yet; see our Facebook ads service. Ads also work better with a fast, clear website and an email list that follows up; we handle web design and email marketing from the same team.
We manage campaigns for businesses across the country. For local detail, see Google Ads in Fort Lauderdale, Orlando, Tampa and Atlanta, or read what good PPC management includes.
Bids, budgets and ads adjusted weekly, and more often in a campaign’s first weeks.
Calls, form fills and sales tracked before spend goes up, so every dollar can be traced.
Pages built for the search and the offer, so more of your clicks turn into calls.
